This site is published by Geco Studio, a business registered in Malaysia under registration number 1498659-P.

By browsing the site or sending an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.

You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, and use the enquiry form to ask about work.

Please do not:

• Copy the site or large parts of it, whether by hand or with automated tools.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not published, or to disrupt or overload it.
• Use the enquiry form to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited commercial content.

The text, photography, drawings, layout and the Geco Studio name and mark belong to us, or are used with the permission of the client or photographer who owns them.

You may quote a short extract with a credit and a link back. Anything more — reproducing images, republishing articles, using our work in a proposal or a portfolio — needs our written permission first.

A project appears here only where the client has given written permission for it to be published. If you are a client and want a project taken down, email us and we will remove it.

What is shown reflects the scope agreed with that client on that site. It is a record of work done, not a specification of what your project would involve or cost.

Sending the enquiry form starts a conversation. It does not book us, reserve a slot, or create any agreement between us.

Work begins only when a written proposal has been issued and accepted by both sides. Until then, any figures, timelines or tier descriptions on this site are indicative — the actual scope, fee and programme depend on the site, its condition and what you decide to do with it.

What we publish here is general information about interior design and how we work. It is not architectural, engineering, legal or regulatory advice for a particular property, and should not be relied on as though it were.

Structural work, statutory submissions and building approvals must be handled by the appropriately licensed professional for the jurisdiction the property sits in.

Where we link out, it is because we think the destination is worth reading. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data.

The site is provided as it stands. We may change, move or remove any part of it, and may suspend access, without notice.

We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
